As members of an HOA community, Landmark Mews homeowners and their tenants and guests enjoy a variety of benefits. In return, they are asked to cooperate with their neighbors to create and maintain an enjoyable living environment that promotes the health, safety, and welfare of all; maintains the community’s open space, common areas and property; and protects and enhances the value of the properties within the Landmark Mews community.
The LMCA Architectural Standards are designed to guide and assist homeowners, residents, members of the Covenants Committee and the Landmark Mews Board in maintaining and enhancing Landmark Mews’ carefully designed environment. It addresses additions, changes and improvements for which homeowners must a Request to Modify Form to the Covenants Committee, as well as maintenance issues related to homes and common areas.
