The LMCA Board requests the community’s support to complete the below action.

Community Perimeter Brick Wall Repair Project

The perimeter brick wall is damaged in various locations due to cracked mortar.  Several factors over time contributed to the damage, including structural movement within the brick structure causing the bond courses to break. The mortar used to construct the brick wall weakened and over time, deterioration occurred. The below pictures show examples of the damaged brick wall.

Masonry contractors will be on site Tuesday, November 15 and Wednesday, November 16, 2022, to inspect and assess the brick wall damage.

To ensure the contractors have access to the homes that border the brick perimeter wall, the Board requests each homeowner of the properties listed below to provide access by leaving the gates unlocked during the inspection days of Tuesday, November 15 and Wednesday, November 16, 2022. This will allow the contractors access to inspect the entire wall and make a comprehensive evaluation of the damaged areas.  The Property Manager, Roger Casalengo, will escort the contractors during the inspections. If your home is a rental property, please ensure that your tenant or real estate agent unlocks the gate.
