It has come to the attention of the Board that some Homeowners may be feeding wild animals by leaving food out for the birds and wild animals.
Feeding wildlife is expressly forbidden by Board Resolution R/D #02-23, Pest Control. While congregations of birds and squirrels bring their own problems, the more serious consequence is that the same food that attracts those animals also attracts mice and rats. Please remove any food you have left out and refrain from feeding the wildlife in the future.
Additionally, there have been new sighting of wild animals, (Raccoons), in and around the LMM community. As a result, the Board will authorize the use of a pesticide company to place traps and as a preventative measure to remove any active animals and also ensure we reduce the likelihood of infestation.
Tree Trimming Service
The Board approved the trimming of various trees throughout the community using either BrightView Landscaping or Yorkshire Tree Service.
Homeowners can request tree trimming services during this same time by identifying services required and making arrangements to the pay the vendor directly for services performed on your property.
If you would like tree trimming service, please provide your name, address, phone number, and a brief description of the tree trimming services you would like to Carl.halvorson@landmarkmews.
