Currently, Landmark Mews maintains the common areas and open space of the community. This maintenance may include regular mowing and fertilization of turf areas, control of weeds and insects, mulching and pruning, and weeding of planted beds on the common areas. Additionally, the Association will cut grass on a lot that is not enclosed by a fence. However, you are required to maintain all other landscaping located on your lot.
The beauty of any community is directly linked to the quality-of-care owners and the Association exercise in the maintenance of the lots and common areas. Please refer to the Architectural Standards for specific details on all regulations.
One further note on this section: If you observe an unhealthy tree, bush, etc., on the common areas, please email the Property Manager immediately at [email protected].
