Due to the continuous rain and wet conditions, the landscaping contractor, (Brightview) was not able to provide the required landscaping services this week. Weather permitting, the contractor will be on site early next week to perform all necessary services.
The Board is currently reviewing the overall landscaping contract, community requirements for service and the Homeowner’s responsibility to maintain each individual property for the purpose of maintaining specific trimming, mowing and general care of the property.
Once an overall assessment has been completed, the Board will publish the final decision on how best to move forward in maintaining the community and ensuring we are within the established guidelines and polices of the Association.
Vacant Property Manager Position:
Per the LMM’s previous news bulletin, the Association issued an announcement requesting candidates who may be interested in performing the community duties as property manager.
The position is vacant, and the Board is currently reviewing the duties and tasks required by the Property Manager.
Until the position assessment has been completed by the Board and vacancy filled, the Vice President of the Board, (Carl Halvorson), has assumed the primary role of ensuring the community affairs for grounds and surrounding areas are maintained as required.
