On September 15, 2022, LMCA’s vendor, Yorkshire Tree Service, walked around Landmark Mews to determine the health of the trees in our common areas.  We also had them evaluate trees in the front and side yards of residents’ homes to make recommendations on tree trimming care for homeowners.  We have reached out to those homeowners by email.  However, should any homeowner want to hire Yorkshire Tree Service, please contact Roger Casalengo, Property Manager ([email protected] or 703-509-3099) or Michelle Shwimer, Vice President  ([email protected] or 202-288-9856) by Sunday, October 23, 2022.  Once we have a list of the homeowners interested in using Yorkshire Tree Service, we will confirm a service date and send it out via an email Community Update and post it on LMCA’s unofficial Facebook page.

As a reminder, the LMCA Board advises homeowners they are not obligated to use this vendor nor have the recommended services performed.  The Board further advises this service is provided as an option and is being offered at an economic price because of the potential volume of work being simultaneously performed. Keeping our trees healthy and beautiful helps preserve the pristine look of the community.  Homeowners are responsible for directly paying the vendor at time of service.
