Vaccines and Brightview
- On May 5, 2022
The month of May celebrates both Mother’s Day and Memorial Day but, perhaps this year, please remember that May also appropriately provides an opportunity for continuing the COVID-19 vaccination. As more vaccine is available, and more entities are partnering to administer the vaccine, May is the perfect time for residents to consider getting the shots that proved so elusive during the early stages of the pandemic. Many physicians are now providing vaccinations for their patients, and walk-in vaccination clinics have been set up in many areas. As the summer months approach and many residents begin traveling for summer vacations, please feel free to learn more about the clinics and benefits of the vaccinations by logging on to https://www.vaccines.gov/. That band-aid on your upper arm is a battle ribbon, and it shows, we’ve won!
Brightview Landscaping Service
Brightview will be on-site during the month of May performing various lawn servicing activities (e.g., inspecting and repairing the irrigation system, performing plant replacements, accomplishing general grass clipping, debris removal, and edging, as required). If you have any questions or concerns, please contact LMCA’s Property Manager, Carl Halvorson at [email protected].
Upcoming Planned Project – Street Repaving and Improvements
The Board approved a plan to repair the streets (e.g., repair and fill cracks/lines and light spray over pavement), as well as paint the curbs, the house numbers on the curbs, and parking lines in the visitor parking lots. The work will occur mid to late summer. More details to follow.
Happy Mother’s Day
Mother’s Day is a celebration honoring the mother of the family or individual, as well as motherhood, maternal bonds, and the influence of mothers in society. This year, Mother’s Day is on Sunday,
May 8. We wish all our Landmark Mews mothers a very Happy Mother’s Day.
