Winter Weather Bulletin
- On January 9, 2022
Our community has experienced some challenges during the past week in providing normal trash and recycling services due to inclement weather severely impacting services and conditions across the area
Winter Weather Update
Our contractor, Brightview, will be treating the roads tonight (Sunday) for ice.
As a reminder, each Homeowner is required to remove snow and ice from the sidewalks adjacent to their property. The Association will treat and remove snow from identified common areas, (i.e., mailboxes, entrances, and gate locations).
Republic Services
Currently, pickup services are approximately 75% completed. Because of weather delays and suspension of services, it is anticipated the last of the previous week trash pickup may occur tomorrow, (Monday).
The below link from Republic Services provides some updates on the condition and planned schedules.

Please make sure to have recycles and trash placed out on the curb by 7:00 a.m. We highly recommend using black garbage bags to help prevent critters from breaking into the trash and spreading it around the community. Plastic grocery bags and paper bags are not suitable receptacles for trash disposal curb side.
Tree Services
We noticed that there are a few trees around the community that were affected by the heavy snow fall this past Monday, such as downed limbs. Enrique from Yorkshire Trees will be in the community on Monday, January 10 to perform tree services. To contact Enrique for tree services, you can reach him directly at 571-237-5673.
Questions on the above matters can be addressed to the Property Manager, Carl Halvorson, at prop.manager@landmarkmews.com.
