Winter Weather Bulletin – January 16th, 2022
- On January 16, 2022
Another winter storm mix is forecasted for our community beginning Sunday, January 16th.
Winter Weather Update
In preparation for the approaching storm, Brightview will treat streets for icy conditions late Saturday evening or early Sunday, if conditions warrant it. Although there will be some moderate initial snow, it’s expected the conditions will cause some quick accumulation and then change to rain with less changes of freezing.
Friendly Reminder
The snow removal process will begin once there’s enough snow accumulation to allow proper snowplow operation (approximatey 2”). When there’s a larger volume of snow being removed, the snowplow operator cannot turn the plow at every entrance on both sides of the streets – therefore, homeowners may be required to clear additional snow from their driveway entrances once the snow removal process has concluded.
Snow Removal
The Association will continue the process of snow and ice removal from all accessible common areas (mailboxes locations and pedestrian gate entrances). Per county ordinances, Homeowners are responsible for removal of snow and ice from the immediate sidewalks adjacent to their property as well as driveways and steps on the property.
If you require snow removal assistance, following is the name of a contractor that can assist.
Homeowners would be responsible for contacting the contractor directly and making payment arrangements.

Trash and Recycle Services
It’s anticipated the pickup schedule for both trash and recycle will remain unaffected unless the conditions hamper the operation and cause delays. Updates will be provided to the community as conditions change.
