Winter Weather Update

Please see the attached weather works report for the anticipated first snow fall of the year.  The start of the storm is forecasted to have temperatures above freezing; therefore, no treatments of the street will occur now.

Our contractor, Brightview, is monitoring the conditions and will advise if any treatment is required based on changing conditions.  If treatment is required because of accumulation on hard surfaces, they will dispatch automatically to treat streets and roads as required.

As a reminder, each Homeowner is required to remove snow and ice from the sidewalks along each property.  The Association will treat and remove snow from identified common areas, (i.e., mailboxes and exit/entrance gate locations).

Trash pick-up is still scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, January 3. Christmas trees will be picked up this week and next week. Please make sure all trees are free of bases, lights, ornaments, hooks, etc.

Another winter storm system is forecast for this Thursday. We will update the community as we receive the information.
